Description
Pierce County is seeking an automated, scalable envelope sorting system for election ballots and related mail. The system must have at least eight pockets, be capable of reading, sorting, opening envelopes, and interfacing with the VoteWA voter registration system. It should accurately count mail pieces, capture and crop images, identify envelopes with missing contents, support signature verification, and accommodate different envelope sizes. The vendor must also provide support, training, and optional enhancements.
