Description

This procurement is for the supply and delivery of one van. It is subject to the Buy Ontario Act (Public Sector Procurement), 2025, and the Municipal Buy Ontario Procurement Directive. The County has determined that Made-in-Ontario vehicles are not available or operationally feasible, so only bidders capable of supplying vehicles from an Ontario Vehicle Producer are eligible. An Ontario Vehicle Producer is defined as an OEM with at least 1,500 annualized jobs across their Ontario vehicle assembly and plants.
