The City of Chino is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) in compliance with the Federal Highway Administration's Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant requirements. The selected consultant will identify significant roadway safety concerns and propose projects and strategies to address these issues.
