Description

The City of Pico Rivera is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide services including a Comprehensive User Fee Study, Citywide Cost Allocation Plan (CAP), and a 2 CFR Part 200-Compliant Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICRP) for Federal and State grant reimbursement. An optional service includes an Aquatic Center Financial Impact and Cost Recovery Analysis for the new Smith Park Aquatic Center. The consultant will develop integrated methodologies to ensure consistency across deliverables and provide recommendations for maintaining the fee model and cost allocation plans for future updates. The contract term is one year with an option to extend.
