Description

The City of Vallejo is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide a complete turnkey rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system at 225 Amador Street, Vallejo, California. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permits, supervision, testing, commissioning, and related services necessary to design, install, and place into operation a fully functional solar energy system. The system shall have a minimum generating capacity of 10 kW DC and a maximum of 15 kW DC, sized based on site conditions, roof area, and electrical service requirements. Bids must be submitted in paper format and received by 2:00 PM on September 8, 2026, at Vallejo City Hall.
