Description

The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals from one or more firms to develop Raleigh’s Arts Community Creative Spaces Plan. This long-range plan will provide a roadmap of goals, objectives, strategies, and tools, including policy recommendations to realize the vision set forth in the Raleigh Arts Plan. The plan aims to ensure access to a robust mix of inclusive, sustainable, and affordable creative spaces across the city for artmaking, sharing work through performances and exhibitions, and arts education over the next 10 years. The City seeks proposals demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, research and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, municipal planning, arts and cultural facility assessment, and project management. The budget for this work shall not exceed $250,000, inclusive of all expenses and fees.
