Description
The District of Columbia Courts (“Courts” or “DCC”) on behalf of the Strategic Management Division, Grants Management Program (“SMD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from those entities (“Offerors”) interested in performing grant funded research opportunities as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement).
SMD seeks to establish a roster of pre-qualified research entities interested in and available to engage in grant-funded research opportunities. All grant funded research opportunities will be competed and awarded accordingly.
