NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking information from providers of strategic maritime and logistics intelligence resources to support USFFC N3 Maritime Domain Awareness and NCAGS Reserve capability. - Government Buyer: - United States Navy, United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) - N3 Maritime Domain Awareness and NCAGS - Services Requested: - Multi-source maritime fusion and trade analytic resource - 24/7/365 web-based access - Seventeen enterprise licenses (15 for NCAGS, 2 for USFF MDA Civilian Team) - Behavioral and predictive analysis of maritime vessels, cargo, infrastructure, and events - Geo-visual user interface and predictive risk analysis - Near-real-time commercial maritime data (vessel, cargo, port, trade, company intelligence) - Advanced analytics, AI capabilities, secure cloud access, integration with USG tools, export/reporting features - Unique Requirements: - Must support operational readiness and training for Navy Reservists - Solution must be non-classified and web-based - Integration with government tools and extensive export/reporting - Delivery anticipated within 30 days of award - Period of Performance: - One-year base subscription with potential option years - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned; the notice is for information gathering and planning purposes only.

Description

Subject to FAR clause 52.215-3 entitled "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes” this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes for qualified and experienced sources to provide a multi-source maritime fusion and maritime trade analytic resource in support of United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N3 Maritime Domain Awareness and USFFC Reserve capability Naval Cooperation and Guidance for Shipping (NCAGS). This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than to gain the information requested, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government has determined the supplies and services are commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice.
