Description
The State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking an agreement for PeopleSoft Design, Development, and Implementation (DD&I) services. The contract requires a minimum of five full-time Senior Technical Leads to support the SCO Financial Reporting Book of Record (RBOR) parallel validation leading up to the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) publication using the Financial Information System for California (Fi$cal). Services include leading financial reporting parallel validation activities, maintenance and operations advisory support, business process efficiencies and documentation, and implementing RBOR system enhancements through Agile development. The agreement term is eighteen months with options for two one-year extensions.
