This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), so respondents are not required to submit price information or work product with their submittal packages. Compliance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 is required. The solicitation may be funded with federal and/or state funds and follows applicable federal and state procurement laws and policies.
