Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Infab LLC Radiation Protection Products and Related Products from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
