The Pennsylvania State Police on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor for the development and administration of promotion examinations to identify the most suitable candidates for promotion to the ranks of PSP Corporal and Sergeant. The contract term is four years and includes job analysis, assessment tool development, administration of written and oral exams, scoring, analysis, and feedback. The exams are to be administered statewide with multiple testing sites to limit candidate travel time.
