SUNY Old Westbury is seeking a cloud-hosted SaaS solution for NCAA Division III athletics compliance and recruiting management. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Old Westbury - Products/Services Requested: - NCAA DIII athletics compliance and recruiting software solution - Must streamline recruiting workflows for coaches and administrators - Centralize student-athlete information (demographics, eligibility, academic data) - Support NCAA compliance and provide analytics - Manage athletic rosters, schedules, CARA monitoring, and student-athlete documents - Enable electronic dissemination of forms and mass email functionality - Centralized calendar for athletic schedules - Implementation services (kickoff, configuration, testing, go-live support, data migration) - Training services (admin and coach training, documentation) - Ongoing support services (help desk, SLAs, maintenance, updates, account management) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Solution must be delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS platform - Role-based security, audit logs, encrypted transmission, disaster recovery - Integration with Banner, Microsoft 365, SSO, APIs, and Slate - Vendors must submit VPAT and complete HECVAT - Acceptance of SUNY contract terms (Exhibits A, A-1, B) required - Higher education experience and references required - No MWBE, SDVOB, or DBE participation goals - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.

The solution should streamline recruiting workflows, centralize student-athlete information, support NCAA compliance, provide analytics, and manage academic and athletic eligibility data. Additional features include electronic dissemination of forms, a centralized calendar for athletic schedules, housing of athletic rosters and documents, and mass email functionality. Proposals must include a VPAT and acceptance of terms and conditions in exhibits A, A-1, and B.
