Description

The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a Medical Director for ICRE-R students who are physically disabled with medical complexity. The Medical Director will be on call 24 hours and work an estimated 21 hours a month. The initial term is effective from the last dated signature of both parties through June 30, 2029, with two renewal terms covering July 1, 2029 through June 30, 2030, and July 1, 2030 through June 30, 2031. The services are part-time medical director services for ICRE-Roosevelt students.
