Description
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide, implement, configure, integrate, and support a modern, cloud-based Grants Management System (GMS). This system will support the full lifecycle management of federal, state, disaster, and non-disaster grant programs, including reimbursement-based financial assistance, disaster cost recovery, mission assignment, and other funding programs. The goal is to improve operational efficiency, compliance, reporting, engagement, and financial accountability.
