Description
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is seeking a supplier to interpret digital orthographic imagery from a June/July 2026 eastern migratory caribou photographic survey conducted in northern Ontario. The interpretation will assess the total number of adult caribou, calves, juveniles, and other demographic data as specified in the Statement of Work, Annex A. The contract duration is estimated to be 6 months, starting from October 1, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
