Description
The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) is seeking to purchase a robotic prescription dispensing system for the Outpatient Pharmacies located at East Campus (Tuskegee) and upgrade the ScriptPro equipment located at West Campus (Montgomery) and Montgomery VA Clinic (MVAC). This requirement will upgrade all computer-based ScriptPro workstations to the newest software version that is compatible with Windows 11.
This purchase is to acquire a robotic prescription dispensing system with monthly maintenance and support capable of providing CAVHCS pharmacy with an efficient, accurate, state of the art robotic system for dispensing outpatient medications. Equipment must meet the following specifications
The contractor will deliver the equipment and provide all necessary labor, management, skills, materials, etc. required to install the robotic dispensing system as described above. Installation activities to include the need for Network Access working in conjunction with IT department and BioMed as needed. The contractor shall perform tests to ensure proper installation and functionality with full communication with the CAVHCS Chief Information Officer (CIO), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) staff and Information Security Officer (ISO) when appropriate. After installation and testing, the contractor will provide training to CAVHCS pharmacy users on new hardware/software if indicated.
