The Department of the Air Force's 87th Security Forces Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst is seeking a turnkey solution for a mobile command post trailer. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - 87th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) - Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) - Products/Services Requested: - One fully integrated, turnkey 6' x 12' enclosed mobile command and control trailer - Features include: - Full insulation and climate control - Dual 27" HD displays - Integrated technology tower - 8,000-Watt generator - HVAC systems - Tactical lighting - Life safety systems - Custom interior outfitting (operator workstation, storage cabinetry) - One day of hands-on operational training for up to four operators - Training covers trailer deployment, generator procedures, power management, and technology systems - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; requirement is brand-neutral - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Trailer must support expanding Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) operations, search-and-rescue (SAR) missions, perimeter surveillance, and rapid incident command - Includes fabrication, integration, testing, delivery, and operational training - Quality assurance inspections and performance testing required prior to acceptance - Engineering layout review within 15 days of contract award - In-person training at vehicle hand-off - All requirements are detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Description

The 87th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) requires a fully integrated, turnkey mobile command-and-control asset to support expanding Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) operations, search-and-rescue (SAR) missions, perimeter surveillance, and rapid incident command capabilities.

The objective of this contract is the procurement, custom integration, testing, and delivery of one (1) brand-neutral, fully insulated, climate-controlled, and technology-equipped 6' x 12' enclosed trailer designed to serve as a mobile flight command station.
