This procurement opportunity is issued by the Expeditionary Theater Engineer Group (ETSG) of the U.S. Air Force for the construction of Mobile Aircraft Arresting System (MAAS) concrete pads at Palau International Airport. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Expeditionary Theater Engineer Group (ETSG) - Products and Materials Requested: - 220 cubic yards of 4000 PSI concrete (ASTM C143 slump test) - Aggregates: 3/4" top rock (14 cu yd), 6 base rock (38 cu yd), 3/4" aggregate base course (93 cu yd) - Construction materials: 140 plywood sheets, 380 wood planks (2"x4"x12"), 220 wood planks (2"x8"x12") - Fasteners: 4 boxes of 20lb 16D 3" nails, 4 boxes of 20lb 16D duplex 3" nails, 2 boxes of 20lb 3" construction screws - Tools: 1 circular saw, 1 table saw, 4 bull floats with 8 studs each - Services Requested: - Rental and weekly servicing of 1 portable toilet and 1 handwash station for 60 days - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All materials and services are to be delivered and coordinated at Palau International Airport - Concrete must meet 4000 PSI strength and ASTM C143 slump test standards - Delivery and service period is tightly scheduled and requires advance coordination - Preference for local suppliers in Palau - No specific OEMs or branded products are identified; generic construction materials and equipment are specified.

This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract outlined in the attached SOO.  This Requirement will be orally solicited to local sources in Palau.
