NASA Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking capability statements from vendors for the fabrication of acrylic test tank hardware to support the Human Landing System (HLS) Ground Test Article (GTA) slosh test. - Opportunity is for fabrication, not supply of off-the-shelf products - Required items: - 4 acrylic tank barrels (Barrel 1-4) - 4 acrylic tank domes (Dome 1-4) - Each item must be manufactured per provided CAD STEP files - Polished clear interior and exterior surfaces - Lift/handling hardware included as specified - Standard vendor inspection for tolerance verification is acceptable - Deliverables to be shipped to NASA MSFC Central Receiving - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified fabricators - NASA is requesting capability statements only, not quotes - Technical requirements detailed in attached Statement of Work (SOW) - Commercial acrylic tank fabricators and precision plastics manufacturers are likely candidates - No period of performance specified; delivery location is MSFC Central Receiving - Estimated contract value likely in the low to mid five-figure range, depending on fabrication complexity

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Fabrication of acrylic tank hardware for HLS GTA slosh test. See the attached SOW for full details of the requirement.
