The Andersen Air Force Base, Guam is seeking suppliers for a comprehensive furniture and household outfitting project for 20 Fleming Heights homes and 30 dormitory rooms. - Government Buyer: - Andersen Air Force Base, Guam (Pacific Air Forces, Department of the Air Force) - Products Requested: - Twin XL bed frames with mattresses (80 units) - 2-3 drawer night stands (80 units) - Standing wardrobes (60 units) - Computer desks (60 units) - Office style cushioned arm chairs (60 units) - 4-6 drawer dressers (40 units) - TV consoles (20 units) - Cookware sets (20 units) - Cutlery sets (40 units) - Dining flatware (40 units) - Bathroom starter kits (50 units) - Trash bins (50 units) - Dining tables with 6 chairs per set (20 sets) - 3-seater sofas (10 units) - 2-seater love seats (10 units) - Services Requested: - Full delivery, assembly, and installation of all items inside designated units - Complete removal of all packaging and trash from the installation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items must be delivered, assembled, and installed by the contractor - Delivery and installation must be completed by the specified deadline - Quantities are significant, covering both family housing and dormitory accommodations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to commercial suppliers of furniture and household goods - All technical specifications (dimensions, features) are provided for each item, but no part numbers or models are specified.

This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract outlines in the attached SOO.

The government intends to solicit the items as separate awards based on 2 separate CLINs.
