This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA3099-26-Q-1021 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the carpet and vinyl flooring replacement at Building 380, Laughlin AFB.
