The USDA Economic Research Service (ERS) is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Cost of Production data and economic analysis for Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), and Sugar Beets. - Government Buyer: - USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), Market and Trade Economics Division (MTED) - Primary contact: Contracting Officer Jacob Toft - Products/Services Requested: - Cost of Production data for Sugar, HFCS, and Sugar Beets - Short- and long-term price forecasts for sugar, sugar cane, HFCS, and sugar beets - Annual cost of production forecasts updated quarterly at state and country levels - Monthly trend and market analysis for sweeteners - Dataset access licenses for ERS staff - Line Items: - Five line items covering a base year and four option years for Cost of Production data (part numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) - Economic analysis and forecasting services, including deliverables and dataset access - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contract includes a one-year base period plus up to four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - Vendors must provide detailed technical approaches, pricing, and past performance information - Set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and other small business categories - Comprehensive global and domestic coverage required for analysis and forecasts - Licenses must allow dataset access for ERS staff with defined terms of use - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; all responsible sources may submit quotations.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1311 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cost of Production Sugar, HFCS & Sugar Beets Data. See attachments for more details.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 513120  The small business size standard is 1,000 employees  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
