The Indian Health Service (IHS), Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC), located in Polacca, Arizona, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing continuous potable water utility service and related utility infrastructure support services to the HHCC campus.
The anticipated requirement includes continuous potable water service, adequate water pressure, utility billing, water quality through the point of delivery, emergency response, outage notification, reporting, and coordination with HHCC. Additional services may include water meter reading, testing, repair and replacement; water vault operation and maintenance; underground utility infrastructure support; preventive maintenance; and pressure/flow verification.
