This opportunity is for the provision and servicing of solvent Parts Washers for the Georgia Army National Guard (GA ARNG), managed by the W7M3 USPFO Activity GA ARNG office. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army National Guard, Georgia Army National Guard (GA ARNG), W7M3 USPFO Activity GA ARNG - OEMs and Vendors: - Safety-Kleen is referenced as the model standard for both stationary and mobile parts washers - Products/Services Requested: - Stationary Parts Washers (at least 20 gallons, Safety-Kleen Model 30 w/PRF680 Type II or equivalent) - Quantities: 20 units (PWS), 12 units per year (Solicitation), with option years - Mobile Parts Washers (at least 5 gallons, Safety-Kleen 24 PRF 680 Type II or equivalent) - Quantities: 15 units (PWS), 12 units per year (Solicitation), with option years - Quarterly and as-needed service for 14 Field Maintenance Shops across Georgia - Services include maintenance, repair, clean solvent supply, and proper disposal of spent solvent - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control - Service must cover 14 locations statewide - Firm fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years - Evaluation based on technical merit, past performance, and price - Compliance with PWS specifications for both stationary and mobile units

The contractor shall provide solvent Parts Washers and all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified herein as Government Furnished, to provide Parts Washers and perform Service for locations, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
