Bids must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope to the City of Granby by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM local Quebec time. The contractor must obtain tender documents from the Electronic Tendering System (SÉAO) and have an establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by a relevant intergovernmental agreement. The City of Granby reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will publicly open bids immediately after the deadline at City Hall.
