Description

The Contractor must supply all qualified labor, equipment, and materials to perform annual certification and unit proof tests, including testing with live loads, and issue certifications of compliance for cranes and hoists listed in Exhibit A, Attachment 1-Crane List. The work must comply with Articles 99 and 100, Title 8, General Industrial Safety Orders (GISO). Equipment not listed must be charged at fair market price. The Contractor will provide all equipment and test weights necessary to complete annual tests each year of the contract.
