The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), SHRS, Miami, FL, intends to award on a single source basis for Cacao Consultant for the Stabilization and Technical Oversight.

All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
