The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), acting as the Owner on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), is seeking firms to provide Design Professional Services for the renovation of the Manufacturing & Diesel Lab at Chattahoochee Technical College in Acworth, Georgia. The project involves approximately 1,866 square feet of new space and 28,300 square feet of renovations to update the Industrial Maintenance and Diesel Equipment Technology Labs with modern technology and expanded student space. The delivery method will be Construction Manager-at-Risk (CM/GC) with services from a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent.
