Description

The International Community School will construct a permanent, state-of-the-art facility on a newly acquired site to meet long-term educational needs and support an inclusive learning experience. The project includes a multi-story building for Pre-K-5th grade, outdoor learning areas, playgrounds, bus loop, parent drop-off, parking, athletic fields, utility infrastructure, and site development. The building size is anticipated to be up to 95,000 square feet with an estimated total project cost of $24,000,000. The facility is expected to initially serve 600 students with opportunities for growth. The selected Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will participate in value engineering, scheduling, constructability reviews, and support construction document development.
