Description
The Rhode Island Army National Guard is seeking licensed and qualified HVAC specialists to perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and calibration of HVAC systems and their components at four locations including Camp Fogarty in East Greenwich, RI, and the Army Aviation Support Facility in North Kingstown, RI. The systems involved include gas-fired boilers, radiant tube heaters, electric heaters, heat exchangers, hot water systems, boiler pumps and VFDs, VRF systems, AHUs, RTUs, FCUs, MAUs, ERVs, Chillers, cabinet heaters, duct insulation, and duct work repair. The vendor must be capable of interfacing, programming, adjusting, and calibrating BMS controls. The procurement is open to all vendors and includes a base term of three years with option years for HVAC PM services.
