Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) is seeking to pre-qualify a pool of organizations, businesses, and individual service providers for evidence-informed products and services supporting Title I/Community Schools and the BRIDGES 21st Century Community Learning Center program. - Government Buyer: - Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) - Products/Services Requested: - Evidence-informed services and products to support: - Academic achievement - Whole-child development - Student well-being - Family engagement - Equitable access - Services and products will be used at Title I and Community Schools, and for the BRIDGES program - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Providers must submit notarized bid affidavits, education article affidavits, and certification regarding debarment - Submission of experience and key personnel forms is required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to a wide range of qualified providers - The contract supplements Contract 152.25.B1 to address expanding needs for differentiated services and products in community schools

This solicitation seeks a pre-qualified pool of organizations, businesses, and individual service providers to deliver evidence-informed products and services. These services support academic achievement, whole-child development, student well-being, family engagement, and equitable access at Title I and Community Schools, as well as for the BRIDGES 21st Century Community Learning Center program. The contract will be used alongside Contract 152.25.B1 to meet the expanding needs of community schools for differentiated services and products.
