(OEM and sole source provider) - Products/Services Requested: - Gexcon X-Suite Software Suite (1 unit) - Supports advanced risk and consequence assessment for shipboard fire and explosion hazards, including lithium battery threats - Features high-throughput CFD simulations, parallel computations, GUI, API, and example datasets - Licensing must be locally hosted on NSWCCD IT infrastructure - Virtual Training for EFFECTS & RISK CURVES module (3 training days for 3 users) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Sole source procurement justified; only Gexcon, Inc. considered - Software must support local hosting and integration with NSWCCD IT - Training is virtual and tailored to specific software modules - Supports NAVSEA 05P5 fire hazard analytical improvement initiatives

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Gexcon, Inc. for the procurement of Gexcon X-Suite Software on a Sole Source basis.
