Description

This project involves the removal and disposal of two existing rooftop HVAC units (AC-6 and AC-7) and the installation of two new 7.5-ton heat pump rooftop units. The work includes making all necessary ductwork, piping, and electrical connections. Additional requirements include electric resistance heating, reuse of existing roof curbs with possible adaptors, spring isolation for curbs, BACnet gateway integration for campus BAS, and adjustments to electrical circuit breakers and feed wires.
