Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the design-build of the Sensory Treehouse Audiovisual Production at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The project is managed by the Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation. Proposals must be submitted in sealed containers and will be received until 2:50 p.m. local time on September 24, 2026, with a virtual proposal opening at 3:00 p.m. A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 26, 2026. Contractors must meet insurance and bonding requirements, including submitting a bid bond of 5% of the total bid amount.
