The City of Maryville, Missouri is seeking proposals for the supply of liquid oxygen (LOX) and the lease, installation, and maintenance of onsite LOX storage and delivery equipment for its new water treatment plant. - Government Buyer: - City of Maryville, Missouri - Public Works Department - City Clerks Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Chart Industries (LOX storage tanks) - Cryogenics (LOX storage tanks) - Cryoquip (ambient vaporizers) - Thermax (ambient vaporizers) - Products and Equipment Requested: - 2 vertical double-wall insulated cryogenic LOX storage tanks (3,000 gallons each, ASME certified) - 3 ambient vaporizers for continuous operation - Copper piping, valves, and relief valves for cryogenic oxygen service - PLC-based control system with SCADA integration (NEMA 4X enclosure) - Services Requested: - Supply and delivery of liquid oxygen (minimum daily usage: 195 lb/day; maximum: 2,337 lb/day) - Lease, installation, startup, and commissioning of LOX equipment - Operator training, technical support, and provision of operations/maintenance manuals and spare parts - Unique Requirements: - Pricing required for 5, 7, and 10-year contract terms - Compliance with Missouri Prevailing Wage Laws - Equipment installation and commissioning to be completed by November 2027 - Detailed technical specifications for tanks, vaporizers, piping, controls, and telemetry

Description

The City of Maryville, Missouri is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide liquid oxygen (LOX) supply services and lease/install related onsite equipment for the City's new water treatment plant. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, not necessarily the lowest bid.
