Description
This notice announces the extension of the deadline for determining the adequacy of antidumping and countervailing duty petitions concerning certain linear hydraulic cylinders and parts thereof from Canada, China, India, Korea, and Mexico. The petitions were filed on behalf of the Hydraulic Cylinders Fair Trade Coalition and its members, domestic producers of linear hydraulic cylinders. The Department of Commerce is extending the deadline to poll the industry to determine support for the petitions. The new deadline for the initiation determination is September 8, 2026.
