Description

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A330-941 airplanes. This AD was prompted by an occurrence of a triple "PRIM FAULT" in the Flight Control Primary Computer (FCPC) at touchdown. The proposed AD would require the installation of a new FCPC standard and applicable concurrent modifications, and prohibit the installation of certain parts. Comments on the proposal are due by October 5, 2026.
