This collection integrates the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process with the E-Verify electronic employment eligibility confirmation process to create a more secure and less burdensome verification process for employees and employers. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments, with the comment period closing on September 18, 2026.
