Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announces the deletion of six sites and the partial deletion of two sites from the Superfund National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL is an appendix of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) under CERCLA. Sites may be deleted where no further response is appropriate, as determined by the EPA and applicable states after completing all response actions. This deletion does not preclude future actions under Superfund.
