The Surface Transportation Board (Board) announces two vacancies on its Rail Energy Transportation Advisory Committee (RETAC): one for a representative from biofuel feedstock growers or providers and biofuel refiners, processors, and distributors; and one for a representative from coal producers. The Board is soliciting nominations from the public to fill these vacancies. Members serve three-year terms ending September 30, 2029, and serve without compensation or travel reimbursement. Nominations are due by September 17, 2026.
