Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to partially delete three sites from the National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL is maintained under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and includes sites that pose significant risks to public health or the environment. The EPA and the applicable states have determined that all appropriate response actions have been completed at these sites. This deletion does not preclude future actions under Superfund if conditions warrant.
