This opportunity is for commercial lodging services supporting the 433rd Airlift Wing at Joint Base San Antonio, managed by the Department of the Air Force. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 433d Airlift Wing, 502d Contracting Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified commercial lodging providers - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial lodging accommodations for reserve personnel and other participants in Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs), Rescheduled UTAs (RUTAs), Inactive Duty Training (IDT), and Active Duty (AD) - Up to 50 double occupancy rooms and 25 single occupancy rooms per training assembly - Rooms must include refrigerated air conditioning, private bath, TV, dresser space, alarm clock, and meet cleanliness and safety standards - Daily maid service and 24-hour front desk with guaranteed late arrivals - Billing must be tax-free and fully itemized, paid by government credit card - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Lodging facility must be located within 15 miles of JBSA-Lackland - Facility must have a current Memorandum of Understanding with JBSA-Lackland Lodging - Strict room and service standards for cleanliness, safety, and amenities - No specific products, part numbers, or named vendors; requirements are service-based

Description

Contractor shall provide Commercial Lodging (CL) accommodations for 433d Airlift Wing reserve personnel and other personnel participating in or supporting weekend Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs), Rescheduled Unit Training Assemblies (RUTAs), Inactive Duty Training (IDT) and Active Duty (AD) status, which may occur any day of the week. Preferred off-base lodging facility should be within 15 miles of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland and have a current Memorandum of Understanding with the JBSA-Lackland Lodging.
