Description

The Kansas Board of Regents is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide student loan billing, servicing, payment processing, borrower communication, account maintenance, reporting, reconciliation, and collection support services for loan and repayment obligations administered by KBOR. The solicitation requires the use of the vendor's existing or commercially available servicing environment, with no custom software development or State-owned billing platform.
