Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is soliciting proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct new accommodations buildings at CFB Kingston. The project includes constructing four new buildings, initially two with the potential to add two more, each with a minimum of 72 category II rooms and up to six storeys. The scope covers water, storm, sanitary, power, telecommunications improvements, access roads, and parking. The estimated cost for two buildings is approximately $37,600,000, with a total estimate for all four buildings at $75,200,000. A site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026, and a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) issued by the Contract Security Program is required.
