This solicitation is for the installation of drop off improvements at Oak Ridge Elementary School located at 2050 Oak Ridge Road, Oak Ridge, North Carolina. The work includes demolition and removal of portions of the existing drive, parking, curb, and sidewalk to install an additional drive lane, new curb, new sidewalk, new parking, and new striping. Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM on September 2, 2026, and bids will not be opened in public. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the site on August 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
