Description

The City of Sandy is soliciting proposals for engineering services to design improvements at the Jarl Road Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project includes replacing the existing activated sludge process with a membrane bioreactor, upgrading influent screening and biosolids handling, and updating electrical and controls infrastructure.
