Description

The Stafford Springs Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is soliciting proposals from qualified steel, concrete, and sitework contractors to provide a complete package. The work includes demolition of the monorail system; new structural steel installation, including a monorail system with a capacity of 1,000 lbs., purlins, and galvanized deck; foundations; excavation; backfill; and localized asphalt restoration. A site visit is scheduled for August 28, 2026, at the Town of Stafford WPCF, 50 River Rd., Stafford Springs, CT 06076, which is the only site visit allowed.
