The County of San Benito, through its Public Works Department, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and licensed architectural firms to establish a three-year Pre-Qualified On-Call Architectural Services List. The services will support County capital improvement, facility, infrastructure, and other public improvement projects. Services may include architectural design, facility and site planning, engineering coordination, site development, plans, specifications, construction documents, cost estimating, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, and related services. Services will be authorized on an as-needed basis, and placement on the list does not guarantee work.
