Description

The City of Beaumont is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide emergency standby products, services, and debris removal. The intent is to have a vendor capable of supplying all types of products and services required in the event of a declared emergency, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, and other disasters. This contract supplements existing city resources and contracts to provide immediate emergency response. The contract term is three years with possible renewals, and there will be a non-mandatory pre-RFP meeting on September 3, 2026.
